Kindergym Gymnastics
For ages 18 months to Kindergarten, the Kindergym Gymnastics Program at East Bay is designed to teach age-appropriate gymnastics in a safe, fun and structured class setting. Our goal is for our students to learn gymnastics as well as social skills, build confidence, have fun!
Preschool classes are strictly age-based. Students wishing to enroll in a Kindergym class must be the required minimum age on the first day of class.
Parent & Me
Parent and Me is our introductory class for children 18 months to 3 years This class includes parent assisted warm up, obstacle courses, hand-eye activities, parachute, trampoline and foam pit.
Class length: 30 min.
PK 3
PK 3 is our students first independent class. This class begins with warm-ups and basic stretching/body shapes, followed by circuits including obstacle courses incorporating floor and vault skills, balance beam, bars, trampoline and foam pit.
Class length: 45 min.
PK 4
PK 4 is for our 4 year old students to continue to develop their gymnastics skills and progress to more advanced skills than the PK 3 class. Students will also become more independent in performing many skills and begin to work together socially with increased peer activities. This class begins with warm-ups and basic stretching/body shapes, followed by circuits including obstacle courses incorporating floor and vault skills, balance beam, bars, trampoline and foam pit.
Class length: 45 min.
K 5
Kindergarten/5 is our “bridge” class between our Kindergym Program and our School Age Program. Students to continue to develop their gymnastics skills and progress to more advanced skills than the PK 4 class. Students will continue to be more independent in performing skills and work together socially with peer activities. This class begins with more advanced warm-ups and stretching/body shapes, followed by circuits including obstacle courses incorporating floor and vault skills, balance beam, bars, trampoline and foam pit.
Class length: 45 min.
